How can therapy help me?Therapy can be a really wonderful tool for personal growth, healing, and self-discovery. Here you can explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe space without judgment. Through therapy, you can gain new insights into your challenges, develop healthy coping strategies, and build resilience. Therapy can also help uncover patterns that may be holding you back so that you can feel empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. Ultimately, therapy is about us working together to help you feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your life.

Can I still see you if I am not located in California? My LMFT licensure is specific to California, so you must be physically located in California during our teletherapy sessions in order to seek ongoing treatment with me. Once we are in therapy together, if you should ever need to temporarily travel outside of state, we will reschedule our sessions for when you are back in California.

What is the 'Good Faith Estimate' under the No Surprises Act?The Good Faith Estimate is part of the No Surprises Act, designed to protect you from unexpected medical bills. As your therapist, I’m required to provide you with a written estimate of the cost of services before we begin our work together. This estimate includes the expected fees for therapy sessions and any related services. The goal is to help you understand and plan for the financial part of your care, so there are no surprises. I’m here to ensure transparency and to answer any questions you may have about the estimate or the costs involved in your treatment, so please let me know if you have any additional questions!
