Hi, I'm Amanda and I'm so glad you're here! Chances are if you've made it to my page, you're looking for support through a challenging time, are ready to make some changes, or are hoping to simply maintain a healthy and balanced life.
For whatever season of life you're currently in, I'm here to offer care with empathy and compassion. As a licensed therapist and board certified health coach, I have over 10 years of experience supporting clients in the mental health and wellness space. Outside of work, I enjoy comic books, swimming, surfing, spending time in nature with my Goldendoodle, Ziggy Stardust, and watching the Great British Baking Show with my partner.

Offerings
I offer individual therapy with teens and adults using strength-based approaches and nervous system awareness. Holding a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space is at the core of the work I do. It's important to me that you are an active participant in your therapy treatment, and I will, of course, be here to offer collaborative and individualized care along the way! In our work together, you'll see evidenced-based tools pulled from various therapy modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solutions Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
In addition to individual therapy I also offer virtual clinical supervision for Associate Marriage and Family Therapists and Trainees working towards licensure. I'm dedicated to guiding AMFTs and trainees through their professional journey to deepen clinical skills, enhance therapeutic techniques, and develop a unique professional identity in the mental health space. My supervision style is primarily rooted in ACT, CBT, and Polyvagal Theory and supported by CAMFT supervision coursework. I look forward to working together and empowering you to continue meeting licensure requirements with confidence.

I'll partner with you to navigate these difficult emotions and provide a space to honor your feelings and heal at a comfortable pace. Using grief-specific interventions, we'll build coping strategies to help you move through your loss, find meaning, and gradually move toward a place of acceptance and peace.
Perinatal Mental Health
The perinatal period, or the time from conception to 1-year postpartum, can be complex. I offer individualized care and specialized support for your unique perinatal experience, whether it be around fertility, family planning, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), rediscovering your identity postpartum, adjustment after adoption of a child, or support through pregnancy-related loss.
Anxiety & Panic
Anxiety and panic can take a toll on our mental and physical well-being, making it difficult to enjoy life’s moments. I'll provide a safe space to explore and understand your anxiety activators and create an effective toolbox of strategies to use in times of distress. Together, we’ll work on reducing anxiety and manage panic symptoms using cognitive and behavior-based interventions, so you can regain control and find peace in your daily life.
Nervous System Reset
Often when life's challenges leave us feeling stuck or overwhelmed, it’s a sign that our nervous system needs support. Using tools based in Polyvagal Theory, I help you gently reset your nervous system, bringing you back to a place of calm and safety. Together, we’ll explore simple techniques to regulate your body’s response to stress, so you can feel more grounded, connected, and in control of your emotions.
